I cannot say enough about Dr. Troiano and her staff. Men tend to shy away from talking about any work they've had done. The beauty of Dr. Troiano's work is that it speaks for itself. She made me feel so comfortable about what she was doing (botox around the eyes and under-eye filler), talking me through each step and providing context as to why she was doing it. When I asked for a little bit more of both botox and filler, she clearly articulated to me that it was not necessary and that with her methodical and strategic approach what she defines as facial optimization - meaning that while every patient has the same facial muscles, every patient uses them differently and as such, requires a bespoke clinical approach, which Dr. Troiano absolutely provides. This is such a differentiator as there are so many Facial Plastic Surgeons that will say YES to everything and do whatever it takes to maximize patient spend - she is the exact opposite.
