First Palm relates to West Palm Beach by "Palm”. Sugar indicates sweet for dessert which relates on our track line dessert bar.

When combines 2 words together to be "Palm Sugar”, which is one of the most flavorful ingredients in Asian food. Southeast Asian people know this very well and always use for cooking in both main dishes and desserts
