Agewyz Media Group LLC was founded in December 2014 to raise awareness in the media about the plight of caregivers in the US and to promote healthy aging across the generations. The Agewyz Podcast, Agewyz Media's main property, is a weekly podcast hosted and produced by Jana Panarites. On the show, Jana engages in frank and lively conversations with people juggling work, family and personal needs while also caring for family members, friends or relatives in an often hard to navigate healthcare system with little or no support. She also talks with experts in the field of aging and people using film, theater and other media to creatively address major health issues, foster dialogue and challenge widespread assumptions about aging. Cited by Caring.com as one of the Best Podcasts for Family Caregivers, The Agewyz Podcast is distributed on multiple platforms including iTunes and Stitcher in addition to the nationally syndicated Speak Up Talk Radio Network. The show currently boasts over 39,000 listens per month across all platforms.

Jana is author of the memoir, "Scattered: My Year As An Accidental Caregiver" which captures her own journey of caregiving in the midst of grief and career transition.
