Description
In the 1950's a two story bungelo style home was built on the property to serve as a living quarters for construction crews and engineers working on the passenger rail road, located just down the street on historic Atlantic Ave. This temporary home was located on the on the grassy area of the property and was later torn down when the property was sold in 1967. In the 1970's the construction of the pool, and 3 other smaller buildings commenced and the property was converted in to Condominiums becoming a part of the Williamson-Diebel subdivision. In 1981, the Dover House Resort transitioned ownership and became known as one of the first Timeshare Plans in the world. Currently the property is managed by Florida based management company
